O suporte a cêmas IP será iniciado na versão 8.20, por enquanto o sistema só suporta o hardware local.
Essa versão deve ser lançada durante esse ano.

A versão 8.12 ja tem suporte para cameras ip… disso tenho certeza, mas ainda nao tive a oportunidade de testar…
minha duvida é se seria possível um sistema GV somente com cameras ip, descartando o uso da placa de captura.
Talvez seja possivel com um hardlock, como no centerv2…abraços

Infelizmente você está enganado, o suporte a câmeras IP é exatamente o diferencial da versão 8.20, amplamente divulgado pelos distribuidores. Inclusive a GV vai lançar sua própria Câmera IP megapixel,

Estou tentando instalar câmera ip em GV800 v8.5 e não esta dando certo alguém sabe como fazer isso?

ParticipanteJulio, se a câmera for Geovision é só ir em ferramentas – configuração do sistema – instalação de câmeras – instalação de câmera ip.- e – add cam.
se nao for… tem que comprar licença.Boa sorte
