DVR Multiview MV-08SX1 configurar acesso pelo celular

Tenho o DVR Multiview MV-08SX1 e já consegui configurá-lo para acesso remoto via internet explorer tanto na rede local como pela internet. Mas pelo celular com android não consigo, no manual fala pra instalar o vMeye, instalei e fiz as configurações necessárias. No vmeye aparece mensagem conexão ao servidor bem sucedida mas fica aparecendo a mensagem “waiting for video” e não passa disso. Já instalei todas as versões do vmeye e do meye mas nenhum deu certo. Alguém pode me ajudar, obrigado pela atenção.

Verifique se vc liberou a porta MOBILE (para celular) no seu roteador/modem. No seu aparelho DVR, verifique se não possui alguma função de ENCONDER para que vc habilite para as cameras em acesso remoto.

firstly, please check if your set the mobile surveillance port correctly

secondly, there is an option in the DVR software interface about enable/disable mobile view access, make sure the option is set as enable

thirdly, try another android phone see if it works, because as far as I know, some cheap android mobile phone do not support online video view in flash format, please check if your cellphone can view online youtube videos
